- Add the reference number of each product from your order to make the ordering process easier and approximate delivery adress (state, city) to calculate the shipping costs. Dont hesitate to ask for more detail pictures, measurments or information in general if you need it.

- You recieve  the e-mail message from us with the details about your order and folowing information.

- After the confirmation and payment via bank transfer, your product will be packed in to the solid wooden box with a proper protection, and sended via a shipping company to your place. Delivery to the one of the main bonsai shows across the Europe is possible as well, but limited by the space in our car.
